Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to travel worry-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return (Cooling-off period).

• 🔁 The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with original packaging and accessories.

• 💸 Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is inspected at our facility.

• 🚫 Items showing misuse, intentional damage, or returned outside the time frame will not be accepted.

UK Consumer Rights Note:

• If you return an item within the 30-day withdrawal period, we will refund the full product price plus the cost of standard delivery.

• Any extra delivery costs (e.g. express or premium shipping) are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
